At a first meeting, the goals of the client are discussed, clarified and agreed.
During the following sessions, the coach supports the client to step back, to explore possible options and to implement action plans. Tools such as questioning, reflection and situational exercises can be used.
The last session is used to evaluate the coaching process and the accomplished progress.
